RosterCleared exists because the problem is real. Not real in a market research report — real in a gym, at tryouts, watching forms get handed to a coach who put them in a bag and forgot about them.
The Mission
Free certified athletic trainers from clerical form processing so they can focus on clinical work.
Every high school athletic program in the country runs some version of the same process every season — collect physical forms, review them by hand, track down the missing ones, clear athletes to participate. It works, barely, through heroic effort by understaffed athletic departments.
RosterCleared automates the clerical layer — completeness checking, insurance validation, practitioner verification, medical flag extraction — so the humans in the loop can focus on the judgment calls that actually require them.

What We’re Building
RosterCleared validates six compliance document types across every high school athletic program we work with — pre-participation physicals, concussion protocols, cardiac arrest and heat illness acknowledgments, emergency cards, and activities contracts. Three specialized pipelines handle each document type automatically, with a parent portal for direct form submission.
The physical form is where we started because that’s where the liability is highest and the manual burden is greatest. The broader vision is a complete compliance infrastructure for athletic departments — every document, every season, every school, handled with the same rigor and the same audit trail.
We’re starting in Virginia. We’re not staying there.
